Account and Security

Creating an account

Sign up at https://app.echolive.co using email or social login (Google, GitHub, etc.) powered by Auth0.

Account security

• Authentication: Secure JWT-based authentication via Auth0
• Data isolation: Each user has their own isolated database - your data is never mixed with other users
• Encryption: Sensitive data is encrypted at rest
• No content logging: We never log your content in production
• Secure payments: All payments processed through Stripe with PCI compliance
• Audio file access: Download links use presigned URLs that expire after 7 days

Changing your profile

Go to Settings > Account to update your profile information and email.

Account merge

If you've signed up with multiple methods (e.g., email and Google), you can merge accounts in Settings > Account > Account Merge.

Data export (GDPR)

You can request a full export of your data in Settings > Account. This includes all your projects, feeds, preferences, and usage data.

Deleting your account

Contact support to request account deletion. We will remove all your data, including audio files, projects, and personal information.

Privacy

• Your content is processed only for audio generation and is not used for training AI models
• We do not share your data with third parties (except payment processing through Stripe)
• Audio files are stored securely on Cloudflare R2
