What is the Library?

The Library is where you browse, preview, and manage EchoLive's collection of 400+ Azure Neural Voices across 100+ languages.

Browsing voices

• Filter by language: Find voices in English, Spanish, French, German, Japanese, Arabic, Hindi, Chinese, and 90+ more languages
• Filter by gender: Male, female, or neutral voices
• Filter by voice type: Standard Neural or HD/Professional voices
• Search: Search voices by name or locale
• Preview: Listen to voice samples before using them

Standard Neural Voices

Available to all users. High-quality neural text-to-speech. Cost: 1 credit per character.

HD / Professional Voices

Premium voices with enhanced naturalness and quality. Available to Creator tier and above. Cost: 1.5 credits per character (50% premium). Includes Azure DragonHD and Professional voice models.

Voice styles

Many voices support multiple speaking styles:

• Narration - Clear, professional reading voice
• Narration (relaxed) - Calm, laid-back narration
• Conversational - Natural, casual speaking style
• Newscast - Broadcast news delivery
• Newscast (formal) - Authoritative news anchor style
• Newscast (casual) - Relaxed news commentary
• Customer service - Friendly, helpful tone
• Cheerful - Upbeat and positive
• Calm - Relaxed and soothing
• Empathetic - Warm and understanding
• Chat - Informal, chatty style
• Excited - Energetic and enthusiastic
• Friendly - Warm and approachable
• Whispering - Soft, quiet delivery

Note: Not all styles are available for every voice. The available styles depend on the specific voice model.

Voice customization

• Speech rate: 0.5x (half speed) to 2.0x (double speed)
• Pitch: -2 to +2 semitones
• Volume: Adjustable in decibels
• Emphasis: Mark specific words for strong or moderate emphasis (via SSML, Professional tier+)

Save your favorite voices into collections for quick access:

• Free: 1 collection
• Starter: 3 collections
• Creator: 5 collections
• Professional: 15 collections
• Producer: 40 collections
• Enterprise: 100 collections

Voice presets

Create presets that save a voice with specific settings (rate, pitch, style) for reuse:

• Free: 3 presets
• Starter: 5 presets
• Creator: 15 presets
• Professional: 30 presets
• Producer: 75 presets
• Enterprise: 200 presets

Voice DNA

Voice DNA is EchoLive's intelligent voice recommendation system. It learns from your usage patterns and suggests voices that match your preferences. Available from Starter tier, with recommendations enabled from Creator tier.
