How do tiers work?

EchoLive tiers are based on your lifetime purchase amount. As you buy more credits over time, you automatically unlock higher tiers with more features and higher limits. There's no separate subscription - tiers are earned through cumulative spending. Once you reach a tier, you keep it permanently.

Free (no purchase required)

• 2,500 free credits per month
• 3 feeds, 5 projects
• Basic voice selection (standard voices only)
• 1 concurrent generation job
• Quick Read access

Starter (~$20 lifetime spent)

• Everything in Free, plus:
• 5 feeds, 10 projects
• Daily Brief (10/month)
• Voice DNA (voice preference learning)
• 2 feed folders, 5 voice presets

Creator (~$100 lifetime spent)

• Everything in Starter, plus:
• HD voices unlocked (premium quality, 1.5x credit cost)
• All voice styles (narration, conversational, newscast, etc.)
• 15 feeds, 25 projects
• Auto-refresh feeds (5)
• YouTube channel subscriptions (3)
• Podcast transcription (120/month)
• WAV download
• Content cleanup (full)
• Voice DNA recommendations
• 10 auto-generations per day

Professional (~$300 lifetime spent)

• Everything in Creator, plus:
• SSML editing (advanced speech markup)
• Word timing (word-level sync)
• Newsletter ingestion (5)
• AI summaries (30/day)
• AAF export (for video editors)

How do I check my tier?

Go to Settings > Billing to see your current tier, lifetime spend, and what features you've unlocked. You'll also see what the next tier unlocks and how much more you need to spend to reach it.
